Hi, I’m Ohad! What I love most about 42workspace is our vibrant tech community, it’s inspiring to see people connect, innovate, and grow together. We created 42 as our dream hub for tech and entrepreneurship, with unique facilities like a gym, rooftop ice bath, and a 360° bar to make work-life balance a reality. Outside of work, I enjoy discovering new foods, traveling, and being in nature, whether hiking, scuba diving, or playing Padel. Fun fact: I once ended up cooking alongside a chef in Italy on a food tour! I connect with the community through events and workshops, and yes, our legendary parties! My motto? Marketing Head | Community Manager

Hi, I'm Sara! One of my favorite things about working here is connecting with so many amazing people. I thrive on genuine, funny interactions and love learning from everyone around me. The energy in our space is all about striving to do more and better, and I love it! Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my husband and hosting dinner parties where I can experiment with new recipes. I have a passion for the outdoors and appreciate beautiful landscapes. Fun fact: I practiced Kenpo in my teens and even learned some Japanese! I believe in the power of listening to others and connecting through food, which is my love language. Sharing meals, recipes, knowledge, and fun facts always brings us closer. My motto? Jennifer Dávila

Operations Manager

Hi, I’m Jennifer Dávila! I’m the Operations Manager at 42workspace, and one of my favorite things about working here is our multicultural vibe, it’s inspiring to meet people from all over the world and learn from their stories and projects. I’m lucky to work with such a talented, kind, and creative team, and the energy of our space just makes it even more special. Outside of work, I love movies, music, exploring new spots in the city, good food, and traveling, especially when it connects me with new stories and people. Fun fact: I spent over 15 years producing TV shows, films, documentaries, and theater projects, experiences that taught me to see the world through many lenses and still fuel my curiosity today. I connect with our community by listening, understanding what people need, and helping create a welcoming space where collaboration and genuine connections can happen. My motto? “Enjoy the process. Connect with people. Embrace the chaos, the honesty, the joy, the mess, the failures, all of it. Have fun, laugh loud, dance… and repeat.”

Martine van Meerkerk

Finance Manager

Hi, I’m Martine! What I love most about working here is the variety, no day is the same. It’s great to see our members, who are often young companies, growing and adapting over time. Outside of work, I spend most of my time with my family, enjoying their sports activities and my horse. Fun fact: I’ve been with 42workspace since the very beginning! I love connecting with the community, often over a drink, and enjoy sharing my financial experience to help members. Everyone is proud of what they’ve built, and I love hearing their stories. My motto? Smiling and laughter make you healthy, adults smile almost 20 times a day on average, and it’s something we should all do more of!

Lina Mosquera

Daily Operations Support

Hi, I’m Lina! As part of the Daily Operations team, I love being part of the close-knit and genuine community at 42workspace. I enjoy the mix of new and familiar faces, and how everyone brings their own culture, personality, and perspective to the space. Outside of work, you’ll find me making music, reading, travelling, or occasionally painting and drawing. I also love going to concerts, parties, festivals, and other cultural events, and Rotterdam is the perfect city for that! Fun fact: I’m a singer-songwriter! I’ve been singing and writing songs since I was a child, and music is something I’m still passionate about today. I believe it’s a powerful way to communicate and bring people together. I connect with the community by helping wherever needed and making sure the space feels comfortable, welcoming, and runs smoothly. My motto? Don't let doubt or fear stop you from trying; if you're scared, do it scared!

Laurens van Riel

AI Expert / Digital Solution Specialist

Hi, I’m Laurens! As an AI Expert & Digital Solution Specialist, I love connecting with the many different people at 42workspace. There’s something contagious about seeing everyone working towards something of their own, all under the same roof. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me with a camera in hand, shooting events, street and food photography around Rotterdam. I also play padel and run a small 3D-printing shop on the side, so there’s usually a printer humming somewhere! Fun fact: if you’ve ever seen a photo of yourself at a 42 event, the BBQ, 42olympics or a coffee morning, there’s a good chance I took it. I connect with the community by simply showing up at events, grabbing a coffee at someone’s desk, hearing what they’re building, and capturing those moments along the way. My motto? “Done is better than perfect. Ship fast and break conventions.”
