Hi, I’m Ohad! What I love most about 42workspace is our vibrant tech community, it’s inspiring to see people connect, innovate, and grow together. We created 42 as our dream hub for tech and entrepreneurship, with unique facilities like a gym, rooftop ice bath, and a 360° bar to make work-life balance a reality. Outside of work, I enjoy discovering new foods, traveling, and being in nature, whether hiking, scuba diving, or playing Padel. Fun fact: I once ended up cooking alongside a chef in Italy on a food tour! I connect with the community through events and workshops, and yes, our legendary parties! My motto? Hi, I'm Sara! One of my favorite things about working here is connecting with so many amazing people. I thrive on genuine, funny interactions and love learning from everyone around me. The energy in our space is all about striving to do more and better, and I love it! Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my husband and hosting dinner parties where I can experiment with new recipes. I have a passion for the outdoors and appreciate beautiful landscapes. Fun fact: I practiced Kenpo in my teens and even learned some Japanese! I believe in the power of listening to others and connecting through food, which is my love language. Sharing meals, recipes, knowledge, and fun facts always brings us closer. My motto? Hi, I’m Katie! My favorite part about working at 42 is the amazing sense of community, it feels like being among friends. I love hearing our members’ stories; every day brings something new and exciting! Outside of work, you’ll find me with an iced coffee in hand, no matter the season! I’m passionate about exploring new countries, especially The Netherlands, and love experiencing diverse cultures, especially through food! Fun fact: I once swam with dolphins in the wild! I connect with the community by listening, sharing laughs, and always being ready for a good joke. My motto? “Life is like a roller coaster. It has its ups and downs. But it’s your choice to scream or enjoy the ride.”

Hi, I’m Mijke! What I love most about 42workspace is the incredible energy from our team and community, along with the supportive Rotterdam startup scene. The collaborative spirit here is inspiring—there’s never a day I don’t look forward to work! Outside of work, I love exploring Rotterdam, enjoying its architecture, food festivals, and BBQs in Vroesenpark. You’ll often find me hosting friends at my cozy house or enjoying a sneaky dance at Witte de Withstraat! Fun fact: I played softball for over 30 years, but now I’ve embraced my lazy side, no gym for me! And I REALLY dislike glitter and confetti, so I avoid it at all costs. I aim to contribute to our open atmosphere by being present and approachable, whether it’s attending events or chatting by the coffee machine. My motto? "Enquanto há vida, há esperança." It reminds me to stay positive and see challenges as opportunities for growth!

Hi, I’m Martine! What I love most about working here is the variety, no day is the same. It’s great to see our members, who are often young companies, growing and adapting over time. Outside of work, I spend most of my time with my family, enjoying their sports activities and my horse. Fun fact: I’ve been with 42workspace since the very beginning! I love connecting with the community, often over a drink, and enjoy sharing my financial experience to help members. Everyone is proud of what they’ve built, and I love hearing their stories. My motto? Smiling and laughter make you healthy, adults smile almost 20 times a day on average, and it’s something we should all do more of!

Outside of work, I host events, play padel, and DJ electronic music. Fun fact: people are often surprised to learn I'm a DJ! I love connecting with our community offline because it creates genuine relationships. Meeting in person at social events helps build real friendships, which can lead to valuable business connections. I enjoy introducing people who would benefit from knowing each other. My motto? It’s all about finding balance. As entrepreneurs, we tend to go to extremes, but it’s essential to prioritize rest, exercise, and meaningful activities alongside our mental health.

It’s such an inspiring and energetic place, full of tech startups with big dreams. When I’m not working, you’ll find me at the gym, getting in a solid workout, I’m passionate about sports and have been a football fan for as long as I can remember. I’m also a social person, so I love connecting with others at events too. Fun fact: I had a short but undefeated amateur boxing career, finishing 2-0!
