We have a traineeship opportunity for a Community Facilitator Traineeship

Duration: Minimum 6 months

Hours: 10 hours per week opportunity for more

What We’re After: We need someone who’s great with written and spoken English, enjoys helping people, and is based in or around Rotterdam. If you’re friendly and outgoing, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do: As our Community facilitator Intern, you’ll help keep the day-to-day operations running smoothly and create a welcoming vibe for our members. This is a hands-on role where you’ll get real experience in community management surrounded by an entrepreneurial spirit.

Your activities:

• Engage with members to build solid relationships.
• Quickly respond to member questions and feedback.
• Welcoming members and guests.
• Ready meeting rooms for guests.
• Help plan and promote fun events, workshops, and networking opportunities.
• Keep the community kitchen tidy and stocked.
• Check common areas regularly to ensure they’re clean and inviting.
• Help maintain a great atmosphere in the workspace.
• Administration tasks.

• Basic skills with social media and office management tools.
• Proactive mentality.

What to Expect: You’ll have flexible hours with shifts from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Perfect for balancing work with other commitments! In addition, possible hours for 42workspace related events.
