42workspace is looking for a Marketing & Events Intern to support our growing tech community in Rotterdam. If you’re interested in marketing, events, and working in a dynamic environment surrounded by entrepreneurs and startups, this could be a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience.
Duration: Minimum 6 months
Hours: Minimum 30 hours per week, with the opportunity for more
Location: Rotterdam (Witte de Withstraat)
About the role
As a Marketing & Events Intern, you’ll help bring the 42workspace community to life. You’ll support the planning and promotion of events, create content for our social media, assist with marketing activities, and help create a great experience for our members and guests. This is a hands-on internship where you’ll learn how marketing, events, and community building work together in a coworking space.
Your responsibilities
- Help plan and organize community events, workshops, and networking sessions
- Support the promotion of events through social media and newsletters
- Assist with marketing and sales campaigns to attract new members
- Help create and manage social media content
- Welcome guests and members during events
- Help set up meeting rooms and event spaces
- Engage with members and gather feedback from the community
- Support general administration related to marketing and events
- Support daily operations and tasks
What you’ll learn

What we’re looking for

- Strong written and spoken English

- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms is a plus
- Based in or around Rotterdam
